3. BEEF TERIYAKI

One of the most famous Japanese cuisine that is based beef teriyaki, shrimp ekkado with basic ingredients and are also often donburi. Here's my recipe of their show - each cuisine, enjoy.

Material:
beefteriyaki111. 450 grams of beef, thinly sliced
2. 6 tablespoons teriyaki sauce, ready-made
3. 2 tablespoons soy sauce
4. 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
5. 3 tablespoons oil, for sauteing meats
6. ½ tsp black pepper
7. 6 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
8. 1 whole onion, thinly sliced
9. 1 piece red bell pepper
10. 3 cm ginger grated, squeeze, take the water
11. 1 teaspoon salt
12. 150 ml water

1. Soak meat in mixture of teriyaki sauce, soy sauce and sugar for 1 hour.

2. Saute garlic until fragrant, put the meat and stir until stiff, remove, set aside.

3. Saute onion, stir enter the meat, add peppers, other spices and water Cook until meat is tender and the spices to infuse.

Tip: teriyaki sauce soaking is a Japanese dish made from soy sauce, ginger, garlic and mirin. Brown liquid. Sold in bottles.
