BAKED CRAB SALAD

Ingredients :

1. 1500 ml of water, to boil
2. 2 tsp salt
3. 4 tails crab medium size, wash clean
4. 4 eggs chicken, boiled, peeled, chopped
5. 2 tomatoes red, split 4, seeded, sliced a little thin
6. 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
7. 2 teaspoons chopped parsley
8. 80 grams grated cheese
9. 200 grams of salad bowl, in tatters
10. 2 pieces of lemon, thinly sliced

crab1How to Make Baked Crab Salad :

1. Boil water with a little salt, then enter the crab. Crab Boil until cooked, remove from heat. Soak the crabs in ice water a minute, drain.
2. Remove crab meat from its shell. Mix together chopped eggs and mayonnaise and stir well. Put back into the crab shell, put tomato slices and parsley. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
3. Grilled crab in the oven until cooked allow to cool, then store in refrigerator. Serve the grilled crab with lettuce leaves and lemon slices.
