BLACK PEPPER FOR DUCK AND CRAB

BLACK PEPPER is an herb / spice that tastes spicy cuisine such as chili, usually used for dishes that do not contain gravy, such as salads, BBQ, satay, etc.

This time I will present two recipes that are delicious when in season with black pepper, namely Black Pepper Duck and Black Pepper Crab. Good luck.

Ingredients :

1. ½ young ducks, cut into pieces

1. Rub the duck meat with lime juice, garlic, ginger, and salt. Mix well, let stand for 30 minutes
2. Heat oil. Saute garlic and onions until fragrant. enter the duck pieces with the marinade. Stir until the meat changes color duck
3. Add water, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and black pepper. Cook over low heat until the spices permeate and mature. Enter the red peppers and green peppers and stir well. Cook until done and Lift

II. BLACK PEPPER CRAB

1. 4 tails crab size, divided 4 parts
2. Oil for frying
3. 5 cloves garlic, finely chopped

6. 1 ½ tablespoons black pepper grains, roasted, crushed coarse

8. 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Directions :

1. Fry crab until it changes color, remove and drain. Saute garlic, ginger and cayenne pepper until fragrant. Add black pepper, oyster sauce, soy sauce and salt. Mix well.
