Bulgogi Recipe

Bulgogi

Ingredients :
Bulgogi
300 g thinly sliced beef
½ onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon fish sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 segment ginger, finely chopped
1 tsp black pepper, crushed coarse
1 tablespoon sesame sangria
salt to taste
2 tablespoons butter
Directions :

Bulgogi1. Marinate meat with onion, garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, ginger, black pepper, salt.
2. Let stand 1 hour. Heat the butter, cook the meat until cooked. Remove from heat.
3. Serve with a sprinkling of sesame.

Makes 4 servings
