The Italian Fried Rice


1. 1 piece of red tomato, diced small
2. ¼ green bell pepper
3. 150 g button mushrooms
4. 100 grams of meat sanding myopic
5. 2 tablespoons margarine
6. 1 clove garlic, finely choppedITALIAN FRIED RICE
7. 1 teaspoon pepper
8. 1 teaspoon oregano
9. ½ tsp seasoning, if desired
10. salt to taste
11. 400 grams of rice
12. 1 tablespoon chopped celery leaves


1. Heat margarine and saute garlic and onions until softened.
2. Add the peppers, tomatoes, beef stew, pepper powder, oregano, flavoring and salt. Stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Add rice, then stir until everything is well blended.
4. Enter the celery leaves. Stir well, then remove from heat.

For 2 Portion

1. Soak tomatoes in boiling water briefly, peel and remove seeds. Tomatoes are ready chopped / cut.
2. Oregano: leaves aromatic spice that is often used for cooking italy. Can be bought in supermarkets in the dry state are packaged in bottles or plastic.
