MOROCCAN CHICKEN

MOROCCAN CHICKEN This type of rice originating from Morocco that fit combined with warm white rice, because of the delicacy of his chiken, then it is perfect for dinner with family and invitees / your guests.

Ingredients and Spices that must be provided :
moroccanchiken11 chicken cut into 12 pieces
1 teaspoon of paprika powder
1 teaspoon ground pepper
1 teaspoon fennel powder
3 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
1 / 4 teaspoon granulated sugar
2 red onion sliced length
1 / 4 teaspoon turmeric powder
100 grams of boiled chickpeas until tender
750 ml chicken broth
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon tyhme
100 grams unsalted butter for sauteing
white rice to complement

moroccan2Processing Method:

1. Marinate the chicken with paprika powder, pepper powder, fennel powder, salt, and sugar.
2. Saute the red onion until fragrant. Add the chicken. Stir until the color changes. Add turmeric powder and chickpeas. Stir well.
3. Pour the chicken broth. Cook over low heat until absorbed.
4. Towards removed, add the parsley, lemon juice, and tyhme. Stir well.
5. Serve with white rice.

For 12 pieces

  2. I never had Moroccan food, and this is a easy one to give a try. Since I've been adding more chickpeas on my cooking, this recipe just came very handy.
