PHAD THAI

Ingredients :

- Wet noodle 375 grams, ready to use
- 200 grams minced chicken meat
- Hens 3 eggs, beaten and cooked without oils while in stir.
- Shrimp 200 grams, discard the head and his skin
- Length of 150 grams bean sprouts, clean the edges -
- Red onion 3 eggs, mashed
- Fresh ginger grated 1 teaspoon
- Fresh red chilies 2 tablespoons
- 100 grams Onions, cut into thin lengthwise
- Leaves 2 tablespoons chopped coriander
- Peeled 50 grams Peanuts, toasted, roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil

Sauce:

- Palm Sugar 65 grams
- 1 teaspoon sweet soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 60 ml chili sauce
- 60 ml fish sauce
- Salt to taste

Directions :

1. Mix all sauce ingredients and stir until sugar dissolves, set aside
2. Heat oil and cook onion and ginger until fragrant, then enter the chicken, stirring until it changes color. Add shrimp and egg, mix well.
3. Enter the noodles, add sauce and other remaining ingredients and cook until the flavor is absorbed and cooked, remove from heat.
4. Ready at present

Tips:
- Length of preparation: 10menit
- Long cooking: 40 minutes
- Standard results: 4 Serves
