BAKED MUSHROOM RICE

Baked Mushroom Rice

Ingredients:

1. A plate of rice
2. 150 grams mushrooms, thinly sliced
3. 1 handful of basil leaves
4. 1 egg, beaten off
5. 100 cc coconut milk from ¼ coconut
BAKED MUSHROOM RICESpices :

1. 2 cloves garlic
2. 5 spring onions
3. 2 eggs hazelnut
4. salt to taste
5. Taste banana leaves for wrapping

Directions :
BAKED MUSHROOM RICE
1. Rice, eggs, coconut milk and spices blended average
2. Divided into 4 parts
3. Each - each give a mushroom and basil leaves
4. Wrap with banana leaves
5. Steam for 30 minutes. Remove from the steamer
6. ready to serve
