BRUINE BONEN SOEP

Bruine Bonen Soep

Warm clear soup with beef ribs content and red beans is very fitting enjoyed during the cold air.

Ingredients :

BRUINE BONEN SOEP   200 grams of dried red beans, boiled until tender
750 grams of beef ribs, cut soft boiled (in Presto with 2000 ml of water)
2000 ml broth rib stew
1 tablespoon margarine for sauteing
3 tablespoons fried onions for topping
Condiments:

1 piece of nutmeg, crushed
4 teaspoon salt
1 / 2 teaspoon ground pepper
1 / 8 teaspoon granulated sugar

Sliced Sseasoning :

1 onion
1 clove garlic
2 tomatoes
2 leeks
2 stalks celery

Processing Method:
BRUINE BONEN SOEP
1. Boil red beans, and ribs that have been boiled in broth ribs. Add the nutmeg, pepper, salt, and sugar. Let it boil.
2. Saute onion, garlic, and tomatoes, stirring until fragrant. Pour into cooked ribs. Bring to boil again.
3. Add the leek and celery. Simmer until flavors mingle.
4. Serve with a sprinkling of fried onions.
