Honey Baked Chicken
If you use chicken, roasting a little longer. But if you fear the chicken becomes dry, when grilling chicken, can be wrapped with aluminum foil.
1 whole chicken
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
3 cloves garlic, crushed
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon coarse black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons margarine, melted
1. Combine lemon juice, tomato sauce, oyster sauce, garlic, honey, black pepper, salt, and margarine until blended.
2. Marinate chicken with seasoning mixture. Let stand 1 hour in refrigerator. Place on baking sheet that has been given a layer of aluminum foil and spread with margarine.
3. Oven 50 minutes with a fire below the temperature of 190 degrees Celsius while the remaining seasonings until cooked oiled and tanned.
