Paprika Shrimp

Dish made of shrimp and peppers can you serve for special occasions.


500 grams of medium-size shrimp, throw his head back and sides
50 ml olive oil
1 onion, cut into four pieces lengthwise
3 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
1 red bell pepper, cut into parallelograms
1 green pepper, cut into parallelograms

1 tablespoon chili sauce
1 teaspoon of paprika powder
3 / 4 teaspoon salt
1 / 4 teaspoon granulated sugar
150 ml of water
5 stalks coriander leaves, roughly chopped

PAPRIKA SHRIMPProcessing Method:

1. Heat the olive oil. Fry the shrimp until it changes color. Set aside.
2. Heat the remaining olive oil. Saute onion, garlic, red peppers, green peppers and yellow peppers until soft.
3. Enter the tomato puree, chili sauce, paprika powder, salt, and sugar. Stir well. Add the water. Cook until slightly thickened.
4. Enter the shrimp and cilantro. Cook until thick.
