RED BEAN SOUP PASTA / GOCHU JANG CHIGAE

Red bean soup pasta / gochu jang chigae

Ingredients:
RED BEAN SOUP PASTA / GOCHU JANG CHIGAE I RECIPES
1. 300 grams of beef cattle has

1. Thinly sliced beef meat has, and mix with sugar and soy sauce for 15 minutes
2. Soak shitake mushrooms in water until fluffy, then split in two. set aside
3. Boil the meat until done, stirring frequently, give instant beef broth and gochujang. Add garlic, potatoes, and carrots.
4. After a bit wilted, put red pepper, tofu and mushrooms. Add salt and black pepper, cook until done. Sprinkle with green onion
