SOUR TASTE FISH SPICY

Sour taste fish spicy
Ingredients:
SOUR TASTE FISH SPICY I KITCHENFOODS
1. 500 gram mackerel / mullet / white pomfret / grouper
2. 350 cc of water
3. 10 star fruit vegetable / acid water
4. 1 vertebra ginger
5. 1 vertebra galangal
6. 3 pieces of finely chopped herb leaves
7. 20 basil leaves
8. Salt and Sugar to taste
SOUR TASTE FISH SPICYSpices that are:
1. 6 red chilies
2. 1 clove garlic
3. 6 spring onions
4. 5 grains hazelnut

How to make Acid recipe Spicy Fish Seasoning:
1. Marinate fish already cleaned and cut - cut with acid water. Let stand for 10 minutes
2. Boil the water, fish and all the ingredients and seasonings until cooked
