WHITE COUNTRY APPLE CAKE (SIDNEY)

White Country Apple Cake

You can replace cooking oil with salad oil or olive oil. Definitely more healthy right?

WHITE COUNTRY APPLE CAKE (SIDNEY) I RECIPESIngredients :

240 ml of cooking oil
200 grams of granulated sugar
1 / 4 teaspoon vanilla
80 ml of apple juice
200 grams of granulated sugar

150 grams of apples, cut in two, sliced thin

Processing Method:

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. Grease a loaf pan 24 x 10 x 7 cm with margarine and sprinkle with flour.
3. Stir flour, baking powder, and salt until blended. Set aside.
4. Beat oil, sugar, and vanilla until well blended. Set aside. Add the eggs. Whisk until smooth and thick.
5. Add the apple juice until smooth while continuing to be shaken. Turns with some flour.
6. Add the remaining flour, stirring slowly and evenly.
7. Add the apples and cashews. Stir well.
8. Pour into baking pan. Oven 60 minutes with a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius until done.
