Chicken With Green Chili I RecipesIngredients:

1 whole chicken, cut into 8 pieces
800 ml of water
2 cm ginger, crushed
2 stalk lemongrass, crushed
2 cm ginger, crushed
4 pcs green chili, thinly sliced
2 pcs tomatoes, cut into pieces
2 pcs bay leaves
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper powder
oil for frying

Puree:

1 tablespoon coriander
3 cm turmeric
4 pcs hazelnut

Chicken With Green Chili I RecipesDirections :

1. Saute chicken until soft and fragrant, add water, bring to a boil.
2. Remove the chicken and fry until browned.
3. Boil stew chicken broth, ginger, lemongrass, and galangal, bay leaves, until boiling. Add green peppers, and tomatoes.
4. Add chicken that is fried, season salt and pepper. Cook until flavors mingle.
