White Cheese Cake
• 75 ounces unsalted butter
• 400 grams of white cooking chocolate, chopped
• 3 eggs
• 90 grams sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
• 90 grams of raisins
• 1 lemon, grated peel
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 200 g plain flour
• 200 grams of butter cream ready
• 200 gr grated cheese
Enter the butter and 300 g white cooking chocolate into the pot, the team until chocolate melts and set aside.
Beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla until fluffy powder.
Enter the raisins, orange peel lemon, flour, and the remaining white chocolate, stirring until blended.
Add melted chocolate, stir again.
Pour the batter into the pan of brownies that had been covered with parchment paper and butter, then bake in the oven with a temperature of 190 º C for 45 minutes or until cooked.
Lift. Cut the cake into pieces, rub with butter cream and sprinkle with grated cheese.
