Spicy Pasta Salad
100 grams rotini, boiled
200 grams of prosciutto, cut into pieces
50 ounces onions, chopped
200 ml red wine vinegar
1 tsp dijon mustard
100 ml olive oil
1 pc tomato, chopped
200 grams of crumbled goat cheese
2 tablespoons capers (olives)
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
½ tsp pepper powder
2 tablespoons olive oil, for frying prosciutto
1. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil, cook the prosciutto until dry, remove and drain.
2. Combine onion, vinegar, and mustard in large bowl, stir in olive oil slowly while casting. Add tomatoes, cheese, prosciutto, and olives and stir well.
3. Enter the rotini and stir well. Add parsley, chili powder, salt and pepper and stir well. Serve.
Tip: Prosciutto is the meat very thin. If no, can be replaced with beef sukiyaki.
