Vanilla Fruit Cake

Vanilla Fruit Cake

 Vanilla Fruit Cake I RecipesIngredients :

125 gr butter
5 eggs
135 grams sugar
1 tbsp cake emulsifier
150 gr flour
25 gr cornstarch
Topping :

75 grams of fruit mix

Spread:
150 gr whipped cream, whipped

How to make:

1. Prepare two rectangular baking dish 24 cm, height 3 cm, topical margarine, bread and paper pad. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. Melt butter and set aside. Meanwhile, beat eggs, granulated sugar until fluffy and cake emulsifier. Add flour and cornstarch and mix evenly with sifted.
3. Add melted butter, stir well, then Pour batter into pan, sprinkle the fruit mix. Bake in oven for 20 minutes. Remove and let cool.
4. Cut each cake width of 5 cm, 3 cm and 2 cm. Stacks of three with a spread with whipped cream whipped, cover all the surface of the cake with whipped cream as he formed a triangle. Decorate according to taste and serve.
