Meditate in the morning is also good for your brain relax so that you can really focus on yourself.

4. Improve productivity: Wake up early gives you more momentum. Start something early will make your day longer and you can complete work on time. So there will be no problems and stress in performing their daily work.

5. Enjoy the sunrise: They are accustomed to sleeping late will never be able to enjoy the greatest beauty of nature, the sunrise. There is no better way to welcome the day with a sunrise view.
