Shrimp Soup Bokcoy
250 grams of baby bokcoy, clean
1 ltr chicken stock
2 stalk lemongrass, crushed
1 teaspoon pepper grains
100 gr onion
300 g of chopped shrimp
4 chung bunch scallions, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tsp sesame oil
½ teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1. Mix all the ingredients of chicken broth, bring to a boil over low heat. Filter.
