Penne Cheese Taste
500 g penne, boiled with a little oil until soft
275 grams of boiled broccoli
2 tablespoons skim milk, dissolved in 375 ml of boiled water
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, mashed
1/2 onion, finely chopped
3 tsp plain flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
200 grams of grated cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1. Saute garlic and onion in olive oil, put the flour, stir until flour is odorless. Pour liquid milk little by little, add salt and pepper. Cook until thick.
2. Enter the mustard and cheese, stir. Before the appointed moment, put the pasta and broccoli, stir briefly. Lift.
3. Serve immediately while warm.
