Spicy Tuna Penne

2 tsp olive oil
1 pc onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
200 g mushrooms, chopped
2 pcs tomatoes, chopped
50 g of parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
0.5 teaspoon pepper
Chili powder 1 teaspoon coarse
1 tablespoon lemon juice
200 g of canned tuna
1 teaspoon oregano leaves
200 grams of mini penne, boiled
100 g parmesan cheese, grated
100 grams of cheddar cheese, grated

Directions :

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease a heat-resistant bowl or dish with a little butter and set aside.
2. Heat butter and olive oil. Saute onion and garlic until soft and fragrant. Enter the mushrooms, tomatoes, parsley, salt, pepper, chili powder coarse, lemon juice, tuna, and oregano. Stir well and cook for 3 minutes. Finally enter the penne pasta was boiled, stir well. Lift.
