Choco Cream Cheese Cake

Choco Cream Cheese Cake I RecipesMaterials I:

70 g butter
80 gr of dark chocolate
2 tsp brown pasta
3 eggs
100 grams sugar
75 g of wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ tsp salt
Materials II :

100 grams of butter
50 ounces white chocolate
200 g cream cheese, whipped soft
4 eggs
80 grams sugar
150 gr flour
1 teaspoon baking powder

How to make :

1. Layer I: heat the butter, put dark chocolate and chocolate paste, stir over low heat until melted. Set aside.
2. Beat eggs and sugar until thick, add the chocolate mixture and stir well. Stir in the flour and baking powder, sifted and stirred with a flat. Add salt and stir well.
3. Pour the batter into the baking pan 12 cm diameter spherical spread with butter and covered with plastic. Steam for 15 minutes. Lift, remove from pan. Set aside.
4. Second layer: heat the butter, reduce heat, put the white chocolate and cream cheese, cook until melted. Remove and set aside.
5. Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add flour and baking powder and mix evenly with sifted. Add butter mixture and stir well.
6. Pour ¼ of cheese mixture into 18 cm diameter round baking pan spread with margarine and lined with baking paper. Steam 10 minutes.
7. Place the chocolate cake on top of cheesecake. Pour remaining cheese mixture, steam another 25 minutes. Remove, let cool and serve.
