Strawberry Cake
Ingredients:
225 gr unsalted butter
225 gr of caster sugar
225 gr flour self-development (ready mix)
1 teaspoon baking powder
4 eggs
1 tsp strawberry essence
250 g fresh strawberries, chopped
Icing:
200 g cream cheese
375 gr icing sugar
225 gr unsalted butter
1 drop of pink coloring
Directions :
1. Beat the butter, caster sugar, flour, baking powder, eggs, and the essences of strawberries until smooth and fluffy.
2. Add fresh strawberries, mix and stir well.
3. Pour into a cup cake, bake until done.
4. Icing: Beat all ingredients together until thickened. Decorate each cake with icing to taste.
