Ingredients and Spices that must be provided :
1 teaspoon of paprika powder
1 teaspoon ground pepper
1 teaspoon fennel powder
3 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
1 / 4 teaspoon granulated sugar
2 red onion sliced length
1 / 4 teaspoon turmeric powder
100 grams of boiled chickpeas until tender
750 ml chicken broth
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon tyhme
100 grams unsalted butter for sauteing
white rice to complement
1. Marinate the chicken with paprika powder, pepper powder, fennel powder, salt, and sugar.
2. Saute the red onion until fragrant. Add the chicken. Stir until the color changes. Add turmeric powder and chickpeas. Stir well.
3. Pour the chicken broth. Cook over low heat until absorbed.
4. Towards removed, add the parsley, lemon juice, and tyhme. Stir well.
5. Serve with white rice.

ReplyDeleteI never had Moroccan food, and this is a easy one to give a try. Since I've been adding more chickpeas on my cooking, this recipe just came very handy.
