200 grams of fresh red beans
150 sugar
3 cm cinnamon
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
250 ml of water
Complementary:
200 grams of fermented cassava,
100 grams of chocolate sweetened condensed milk
500 grams of crushed ice
1. Presto 15-minute red beans until tender. Drain. Measure 350 ml of water boiled.
2. Mix the remaining water presto, water, sugar, cinnamon, and cocoa powder. Stir well. Simmer over medium heat, stirring until boiling.
3. Enter the red beans. Cook until thick.
4. Serve in a glass of red beans. Add the pieces of tape cassava, shaved ice, sweetened condensed milk and chocolate.
