Udon Clay pot
Ingredients:
5 pieces of fish meatballs, cut round
20 grams of sweet peas
3 pieces shiitake mushrooms
600 grams of udon, brewed
2 pieces of tempura shrimp, ready to buy
1 piece of tofu, cut into pieces, fry briefly
6 pieces crabstick
3 stalks of white cabbage, cut into pieces
Broth:
½ teaspoon salt
500 cc of water
½ teaspoon flavoring, if desired
½ teaspoon granulated sugar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Directions :
1. Mix the ingredients all broth, and cook until boiling, reduce heat.
2. Set udon in clay pots. Give mushrooms, peas, mustard greens, fish meatballs, tofu, crabstick, tempura.
3. Flush broth, serve it hot
