Italian Duck Tante
1. A young duck tail, cut into quarters
2. 1 whole lemon, take the water
3. 3 tablespoons of oil for sauteing
4. 1 ½ liters of coconut water
5. 2 bay leaves
6. 1 vertebra galangal, crushed
7. To taste Oil for frying
Puree:
1. 1 whole onion
2. 6 cloves garlic
3. 2 tsp salt
4. 1 tsp black pepper
How to Make Italian Seasoning Recipe Duck Cuisine :
1. Rub the duck with lime juice, let stand for 15 minutes. Rinse with water, set aside.
2. Heat oil, saute ground spices. Pour the coconut milk and stir well.
