Ginger Chicken Strips
Ingredients :
300 g chicken breast meat
1 teaspoon grated ginger
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ tsp salt
oil for frying
Coating material :
1 eggs, beat well
100 g panir flour
Supplementary materials :
100 g cabbage, thinly sliced
100 g carrots, peeled, sliced thin, the shape matches
100 grams of canned beans
50 ml bottled mayonnaise sauce
Directions :
1. Discard the skin on chicken (if it still exists), cut into 8x1x0, 5 cm. Mix the chicken with shredded ginger, pepper, and salt. Stir until blended.
2. Dip each chicken piece in beaten egg, dredge in panir flour until blended. Doing the same job again.
3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fried chicken soaked up cooking oil. Once cooked and lightly browned, remove and drain.
4. Serve while hot fried chicken with cabbage, carrots, red beans and mayonnaise sauce.
Tips: Additional grated ginger in the dish will be a refreshing taste. Ginger also helps relieve stomach pain and nausea in pregnant women, also boost the immune system.
