Rice Bowl Ribs with Black Pepper
Ingredients :
• 500 grams of beef ribs
• 1.5 liters of water
• 2 tablespoons cooking oil
• 1/2 onion, finely chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
• 1 tablespoon black peppercorns, finely crushed
• 5 tablespoons oyster sauce
• 4 tablespoons of tomato sauce
• 100 gr peas, remove the fiber
• 2 carrots, flower shape, boiled briefly
• salt and sugar to taste
Directions :
Boil the ribs until the meat is tender than lift
Heat cooking oil
Saute onion and garlic until fragrant
Enter the ribs and broth add black pepper, tomato sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and sugar
Cook until the flavors to infuse
Add the carrots and peas, stir well
Lift and Put rice into a serving bowl and pour the ribs of black pepper on it.
Serve.
