Just because implementing a more healthy diet, does not mean we should abandon our favorite foods. Burger, for example, we had to leave because of these foods include junk food, right? But if you can make your own burger meat, of course you can make it more healthy.
Ingredients:
200 grams of minced beef
3 cloves garlic, grated
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
2 tablespoons butter for frying
Sauce Ingredients:
1/4 pcs onions, chopped
1/2 tablespoons english sauce
50 ml strawberry juice
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1. Combine ground beef, garlic, salt, pepper, and nutmeg powder. Stir well. Take the beef mixture, then a round slightly flattened shape.
2. Heat the butter. Insert meat. Cook beef until browned. Lift.
3. Sauce: saute onions in butter until wilted half the remaining cooking beef. Enter English sauce, strawberry juice, salt, pepper, nutmeg, basil, and oregano. Stir well.
4. Serve meat sauce after.
