Meatballs with Curry Sauce

Meatballs with Curry Sauce I RecipesMeat ball ingredients:

200 g ground beef
50 grams of minced chicken
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 egg
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ tsp sugar
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
½ tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped
1 pc red curls chili, finely chopped

2 large red chilli pcs, seeded and thinly sliced
2 pcs tomatoes, stewed, seeded and finely chopped
1 teaspoon soy sauce
½ tsp salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
300 ml coconut milk from ¼ coconut
1 stalk coriander leaves, roughly chopped
2 tablespoons cooking oil

Spices:

4 pcs of red onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
3 pcs red chili curly
1 cm galangal
1 cm ginger
2 cm turmeric

Supplementary materials:

100 kwetiaw dried, boiled

Meatballs with Curry Sauce I RecipesDirections :

1. Mix all meat ball ingredients until blended. Spherical shape of meatballs. Set aside.
2. Saute until fragrant. Enter the peppers and tomatoes. Saute until wilted.
3. Pour the coconut milk, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook until boiling.
4. Insert the meat balls. Cook over low heat until absorbed and thickened. Add coriander leaves. Stir well.
5. Serve with a complement.
