TRUFFLE MI

Truffle Mi

Processed dry egg noodles can be used as a tasty snack. The combination of dark cooking chocolate, roasted peanuts and sesame seeds make this snack more delicious. Curious? The following recipe you must try.

Ingredients:
TRUFFLE MI  100 grams of dried egg noodles, boiled, drained
200 grams dark cooking chocolate, chopped, melted
1 tablespoon toasted sesame
100 grams of roasted peanuts, roughly chopped
oil for frying
30 grams of white cooking chocolate melted for garnish

Processing Method:

TRUFFLE MI I recipes1. Fry until crispy noodles. Cool.
2. Pour chocolate into the noodles. Add the sesame and peanut. Stir well. Allow a little bit frozen.
3. Round shape with plastic. Cool.
4. Place in a paper cup and decorated with streaks of white cooking chocolate melted.
