APRICOT MOUSSE

Apricot Mouse

To make a delicious mousse we advise you to boil the liquid milk, sugar, cornstarch and salt, stirring until thick. Enter the yolk. Stir well.

Materials :

Mousse Ingredients :200 ml liquid milk
100 grams of granulated sugar
30 grams of cornstarch
¼ teaspoon salt
3 eggs take the yellow only
6 sheets of gelatine soaked in cold water, wring it out
1 can apricots (200 grams), finely blender
250 grams of fluffy whipped cream and chill

Toping Ingredients :

½ teaspoon instant jelly

1. Mousse: boiled milk, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and salt, stirring until thick. Enter the yolk. Stir well.
2. Add the gelatin. Cook until dissolved. Enter the apricots. Cook until bubbling. Remove and let warm.
3. Enter a little bit into beaten heavy cream, stirring gently. Pour in a small glass. Freeze.
4. Topping: boiled water, passion fruit, passion fruit syrup, and instant jelly to boiling. Pour on top of mousse. Cool.
