BAKED TOMATO SQUID

Baked Tomato Squid

Ingredients:

300 grams of squid size, peel, clean

Seasonings (Mix well):
BAKED TOMATO SQUID
1. 1 tbsp vegetable oil
2. 1 clove garlic, minced
3. 1 tomato, finely chopped
4. 1 piece of red pepper, finely chopped
5. 1 tsp sugar
6. ½ teaspoon pepper
7. 1 teaspoon salt
8. 75 grams of mushroom / shimeji, enoki, cut

How to make grilled squid recipes Tomato:

BAKED TOMATO SQUID  1. Cut squid ¾ cm transverse
2. Stir until blended squid with spice
3. Pour into heat-resistant bowl, let stand for 30 minutes
4. Bake in hot oven for 30 minutes
5. Remove and serve hot
