Cuisine with a rich flavor that will spice comes from Africa. Wow ... finally able to try African cuisine without having all the way to go there.
Ingredient :
1 chicken cut into 6 sections
4 tablespoons peanut oil
2 small onion, sliced length
1 / 2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 / 2 teaspoon powdered ginger
3 cm cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
250 ml of water
25 grams toasted almonds for sprinkling
Apricot Sauce Ingredients :
200 grams of dried apricots, soaked
250 ml of water
100 grams of granulated sugar
1 / 2 teaspoon cinnamon
100 grams of unsalted butter
Processing Method:
1. Heat the oil. Add the chicken. Stir until brown. Add salt, turmeric powder, ginger powder, and cinnamon. Stir well.
2. Enter onions. Stir well. Pour the water. Cook over low heat and covered the pan until cooked and pervasive.
3. Apricot sauce, mix together the sauce ingredients. Cook over low heat until thick.
4. Serve chicken with apricot sauce and a sprinkling of toasted almonds.
