Beef Lasagna

Beef Lasagna


1. 6 sheets of lasagna, hard boiled
2. 100 mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced

Meat Sauce:
Beef  Lasagna1. 2 tablespoons butter
2. 1 onion, finely chopped
3. 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
4. 250 grams of ground beef
5. 10 tablespoons of tomato sauce
6. 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
7. 3 tablespoons chili sauce
8. 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
9. Salt, sugar, pepper powder to taste

Bechamel Sauce:

1. 1 tablespoon butter
2. 1 tablespoon flour
3. 250 ml liquid milk
4. 5 tablespoons heavy cream
5. Salt, pepper to taste

Directions :

Beef Lasagna1. Meat sauce: heat the butter, saute onions, onions until fragrant.
